Here are our terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds for our eSIM packages. 1. Nature of the Product eSIM packages sold on Voyagesim.ca are digital products, delivered instantly via email as a QR code or through online activation. Due to their nature, they cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. 2. Refund Conditions A refund may be considered in the following cases: A proven technical error preventing the activation or use of the eSIM, which cannot be resolved by our support team. A duplicate order or a clear billing error. Non-receipt of the QR code after purchase, despite our verification and assistance efforts. 3.
