Voyagesim.ca Shipping Policy Effective Date: September 7, 2025 At Voyagesim.ca, we are committed to providing you with your eSIM packages quickly and efficiently. Here is the information regarding the shipping of our products. 1. Nature of Products All our eSIM packages are digital products. They do not require physical delivery. 2. Shipping Method After payment confirmation, you will receive an email containing your eSIM package as a QR code and/or activation link. This email is usually sent immediately after purchase, but may take up to 30 minutes depending on network traffic. 3. Receipt Verification Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email within 30 minutes of your purchase. If you still do not receive anything, please contact our support team at: support@voyagesim.ca. 4. Email Address Change Please ensure that you provide a valid and accessible email address at the time of ordering. Voyagesim.ca will not be responsible for any errors related to an incorrect email address. 5. Delivery and Activation The eSIM package is valid immediately after activation. Follow the instructions in the email to install the eSIM on your device. 6. Shipping Issues If you encounter any technical problems preventing you from receiving or activating the eSIM, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.
